THE
METAL PIT: Why do you listen to Heavy Metal?
For the same reason they breathe the air they breathe-they need it to live.
THE METAL PIT: What was your first metal concert? Metallica

THE METAL PIT: Your top 5 Metal bands?
Nile
Dimmu Borgir
Hypocrisy
Acid Bath
Amon Amarth
THE METAL PIT: What band or moment in your life got you into listening to metal?
Honestly, I can't pinpoint exactely when. As far back as I can remember
I've always listened to something heavy. I was an 80's kid to hair
metal, Black Sabbath and Judas Priest were definitely the start of it.
THE METAL PIT: What is the best thing about going to a metal concert?
When you see 100's, if not 1000's of people all in the same room for the same thing-one big metal army.

THE METAL PIT:
If you can only pick one what is your favorite metal album of all time?
I can't truthfully answer that...I'm too eclectic with my music it
depends on the day and my mood! One day its a grindcore album, the next
day its black metal, and then for a week straight it's thrash. I'm all
over the place!
THE METAL PIT: Outside of Heavy Metal what is most important in your life?
Outside of heavy metal? No. You're either in or out not in between...in between is what we all know is a fucking poser.

THE METAL PIT: What is the best club/arena that you have seen a metal concert at?
I have a few answers to that: The Palladium in Worcester, MA because of
it's authenticity, awesome scenery and great sound. Nokia Theatre in
NYC for it's non-sticky bathroom floors and clean surrondings and
Giants Stadium NJ for it's enormous sea of multiple mosh pits.
THE METAL PIT: What is your favorite metal concert you have seen?
Pantera and Slayer, Nassau Coliseum. "But of course ignoring the fact
that there was no alcohol being served that day due to crowd control
reasons." which happened to have the
opposite effect.

THE METAL PIT: Which metal band from the past do you wish could or
would regroup to do a tour?
Definitely Death. When they called them the "pioneers of death metal"
they picked the perfect title. And there's also the question of what
Metallica would be like nowadays if Cliff Burton was still alive and
with them.
THE METAL PIT:
What do you think of females in metal music, whether its females in metal bands or just female metal fans?
Honestly,
even though there is alot of us, there's plenty of room for
more (I'm sure all the guys will agree with me) but I feel women make a
bigger impact then they get credit for. We definitely deserve a little
more recognition.
THE METAL
PIT: What does it mean to be a Metal Maiden of the Month?
I feel honored that somebody asked me what my opinion is in metal whose
interest is black metal and death metal instead of some ditsy fake
breasted coke whore who suck every dick in Nu-metal ;-) Need I mention
names....

THE METAL PIT: Thanks
for being the Metal Maiden of the month.. Any closing thoughts to the
viewers of THE METAL PIT?
Be real to your scene and
yourself and don't be infuenced by commercial sell-outs. And kill an
emo kid every time you see one.
