Review:
Following up their spectacular comeback cd in 2004 of THE ART OF DYING comes another stellar thrash masterpiece with KILLING SEASON. 11 cuts of metal that prove that in the thrash genre DEATH ANGEL is one of the leaders. Led by the powerful and clear vocals of Mark Osegueda. The band is at the top form they can be with all songs being heavy thrashers. No ballads here just straight ahead riffing and great solos and thundering drums. So far one of my favourite metal albums of 2008. Just like their previous was in 2004. If your a thrash fan or Death Angel fan it is a must have and if your stuck in the hardcore or nu-metal mode then check this out and get into some real thrash that never gets old.Fav Cuts: Resurrection Machine, Dethroned, Sonic Beatdown
