Review:
The first TESTAMENT new material cd since 1999's THE GATHERING. The thrash legengs have always been one of the leaders and creators of thrash and this cd is maybe quite possibly the best TESTAMENT release. After winning his battle against Cancer CHUCK BILLY has never sounded better with his great vocal sound and can always pull off the death style growling. Covering the topic of 9/11 with THE EVIL HAS LANDED, and with titles like the title track, F.E.A.R, and KILLING SEASON you know your gonna get some brutal lyrics and total agression with the songs and they don't let up for the whole cd. If this is a comeback album then its probably the best comeback ever but still just a continuation of the great Metal TESTAMENT has always delivered. SKOLNICK and PETERSON's guitar work has never sounded better and with the engineer work of legendary ANDY SNEAP you know you got a special release.Fav Cuts: F.E.A.R. , Dangers of the Faithless, The Formation Of Damnation
