Review:
The fourth album from this finnish metal band. An excellent production from Mika Pohjola in the Soundmix Studios in Oulu (Finland), that shows us the great evolution of the band since their beginnings in 1998 with their debut album "Halls of Frozen North". The band lineup includes Mika Tönning(vocals), Riku Hopeakoski(guitars), Ari Nissilä(guitars & clean vocals), Timo Lehtinen(bass) and Janne Kusmin(drums). Catamenia´s hyper-brutal image contrasts with their great level in their technical musicianship. They go out from the "usual black metal way" to offer us more elaborated harmonies and the essential combinations with the clear voice of Ari.Fav Cuts: Rain of Blood, Coexistence Circle, Time in my hands
