Review:
The lineup for this DECADENCE release is down to a 4 piece. This 3rd release as with previous 2 reminds one of some of the thrash bands on the earlier days of thrash metal like along the lines of Kreator, Exodus, Testament. Again this one opens up with a ripping attack with lead cut CORROSION showing you right away the impressive vocal styling of Kitty Saric. The band musically keeps getting better with each release as well, ripping through riff after riff and ripping solos and heavy pounding metal. There is no ballads to hold the listener back or have a breather either as they just never let up for more then a few moments when some melodic metal creeps in. Very impressive cd liner notes and artwork. Great song ideas and titles like THEATER OF THE ABSURD and title track 3RD STAGE OF DECAY. This is another impressive release from this band and hopefully they are able to tour away from their homeland so they can affect metal masses the world over.Fav Cuts: Invert, Corrosion, Theater of the Absurd
