Review:
Following
up the heavy metalized SPREADING THE DISEASE release with a still
speedy and metal release but more humour and punkiness thrown in. With
some great lyrics like "Talking to you is like clapping with one hand"
and many more off the cuff lyrics. And then back to serious
commentaries of society with heavy hitters like INDIANS and ONE WORLD
(which can still hold up today if you change the name of the countries
involved). This release caught the band and what could be considered by
a lot at their peak as they kinda faded off after this release
rehashing what they accomplished on their first 3 full length albums.
Hair metal was going on big around the speed and thrash bands like
ANTHRAX as it seemed like it was a battle between hair and thrash at
the time and luckily they kept it heavy and fun and pedal to the medal
for the most part. Definitely one of their best. (2nd best after
DISEASE)
